I have always wanted to have in insights expression GUI that could for instance take my safari Bookmarks and make it easier to connect, find relevance based on filters and describe zones of thinking that are inactive, not energy giving. Cycling through the landscapes of my previous ways of thinking, conception biases, perceptual rabbit holes could help anyone to move towards a more elegant or essential way of searching instead of re-searching. The roam graph-research feels like a modeling of systems that wants to be an external systemic processor. But as systems thinking experts have said for decades, building a model of complex natural relatedness will always have assumptions and approximations. Putting together great minds to think with a developed model has greater potential to provide "dancing with systems" insights of far greater subtly and accuracy than the AI -ML generated structures. But I do welcome the roam constructions as enablers and have since my note-taking in Univ. wanted a shorthand and cross referencing system to enable smarter writing. For me though, mediation and movement does a better job of clearing my mind for clever connections than externalizing my resourcefulness.

"roam graph" - are you referring to a tool called Roam Research, or can you recommend other tools for linked/networked thought notations?
